My take on GPA pressure:
Everyone tells you "Have a good GPA"
"Get a 4.0" But what if I tell you GPA isn't the whole thing?
GPA isn't the only thing that matters to get a job and the situation of the job market now,
"It's beyond cooked"
I've heard a story where a master's student landed a job over a PhD student not because he was smarter but because he was a better communicator.
In today's job market it's rarely just about the degree or the GPA.
Here's what Companies are looking for:
✅ Great communication skills
✅ Storytelling
✅ Great Attitude
✅ Your Uniqueness
And with AI storming the job market, you can't just sit back and say, "I have a good GPA."
Most people with a 4.0 lack communication skill.
